Charles T. Flanagan

Charles was born on April 24th, 1854.  Charles' father was John   Brownfield Flanagan and his mother was Mary Ann Piles.  His paternal grandparents were John   Flanagan and UNKNOWN; his maternal grandparents were James Piles and Margaret English. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, John, Walter, Frank, Edward, Lee, Sarah  , Emma, Amanda and Wilma.  He was the second oldest of the eleven children.
