Bilius Weasley 
Bilius' father is Septimus Weasley and his mother is Cedrella Black. He has two brothers named Mr Weasley and Arthur. He is the oldest of the three children.Here is a link to the TNG Page

Bilius saw the Grim and died within twenty-four hours. Ron's middle name is possibly in honor of him.
