Vaclovas was born in 1945 and his christening.  Vaclovas' father was Stanislovas Sunelis and his mother was Zofija Gaižauskaitė Sunelaitienė.  His maternal grandparents were Mykolas Gaižauskas and Veronika Liutkutė Gaižauskienė. He had a brother and a sister, named Sigitas and Danutė.  He was the oldest of the three children. He had a half-brother named Alfredas.  He died at the age of 8 in 1953.  He was buried in Kauno raj.Čekiškės kapinėse.
