    Boy killed, local woman injured in Nevada crash 
      A boy was killed and a Chula Vista woman was critically injured in a head-on collision in Henderson, Nev., that also hospitalized three others, officials said. Henderson police said Nicole Pienik, 19, of Chula Vista, was driving her truck south on Boulder Highway when the truck crossed the center line about 4:30 p.m. Thursday.The truck struck another pickup being driven by Brandon Johnson, 16, of Henderson.Police said a boy about 10 years old who was in Pienik's truck was...
