    Douglas F. DeGray, 80 
      Douglas F. DeGray, 80, of 120 Highland Ave. died Monday at the Hospital of St. Raphael after a long illness. He was the husband of Florence Pieniak DeGray. A son of the late Floyd N. and Dora R. Hughes, he was born in East Granby Feb. 20, 1918 and lived in West Haven for 45 years. Mr. DeGray was a first piece inspector for Pratt and Whitney, retiring in 1983. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of the First Congregational Church of West Haven.
