Thomas was born on August 1st, 1792 in St. Albans, Herts, England.1   Thomas' father was William Woodland and his mother was Sarah Rawlenson ??.  His paternal grandparents were John Woodland and  Ruth Harden. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Robert, James, Mary, Ann, Elizabeth and Sarah.  He was the third oldest of the seven children.  He died due to natural causes or old age at the age of 75 on June 14th, 1868 in Mill Hill, Greater London, UK..  He was buried on June 19th, 1868 in St. Pauls Church, Mill Hill, Greater London, UK..2 3
