Joseph Ship Quash

Joseph was born on January 19th, 1860 at 2 Kent Street Grimsby. Joseph's father was Andrew Quash (Fisherman) and his mother was Charlotte Ship. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Quash (pos born Exeter) and Elizabeth Hall; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Ship (Blacksmith) and Mary Elizabeth Duffield. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Andrew, John, William, John, Alfred, Albert, Lizzie, Mary, Alice and Kezia. He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 80 in 1940 in Grimsby.
