Jemima was born in 1858.  Jemima's father was Thomas Douglas Perry (Fisherman) and her mother was Jemima Pollard .  Her paternal grandparents are William Perry (Porter) and Douglas; her maternal grandparents were James Pollard (net maker Fisherman) and Jane Malpas. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Henry, Francis, John, Jane, Margaret, Mary and Sarah.  She was the fifth oldest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 15 on April 7th, 1873 in Humber St new Clee Grimsby.  The funeral took place on April 13th, 1873 at St Andrews Church Grimsby.  She was buried on April 13th, 1873 at st Andrews Church Grimsby Lincolnshire.1 2 1
