Frances was born on November 3rd, 1776.  Frances' father was Joseph of Lamberth Frogley and her mother was Jane Wells.  Her maternal grandparents are Morewell Wells and Jane Vaughan?. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, James, George, Thomas, Edward, Jane and Frances.  She was the second youngest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 79 on October 2nd, 1856 in Nelson St Barking Essex.  The funeral took place on October 9th, 1856 at St Margaret's  Church Barking.  She was buried on October 9th, 1856 at St Margaret's  Church Barking.1 1
