Parnel's father was Thomas Dewin and her mother was Parnel Biston Sibley.  Her maternal grandparents were Richard  SIBLEY (Baker) and Elizabeth Smith. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Richard, Elizabeth, Mary , Parnel and Charlotte.  She died about January 20th, 1797 in Barking Essex.  The funeral took place on January 22nd, 1797 in St Margarets Churchyard.  She was buried on January 22nd, 1797 in St Margarets Churchyard.1
