Sarah was born in 1826 in Hurley or Denchworth Berkshire.1   Sarah's father was Thomas Deacon and her mother was Elizabeth.  Her paternal grandparents were Deacon and Elizabeth. She had three brothers and a sister, named Isaac, Thomas, William and Selina.  She was the oldest of the five children.  She died due to a respiratory problem and/or pneumonia, Bronchitis Gen Paralysis, at the age of 67 on November 18th, 1893 in Camberwell Surrey.2

Sarah and Frederick were married.  They had three sons and two daughters, named Charles, William, Thomas, Mary and Selina.
