John was born on May 18th, 1701 in Great Yarmouth Norfolk.1   John's father was Thomas Cooper (Freedom 1676 Yarmouth Will Cons) and his mother was Elizabeth London.  His paternal grandparents were Robert Cooper (Yarmouth Freedom 1653 Will PCC) and Margaret Albertson (Will 19 May 1684); his maternal grandparents are Thomas London (of Cringleford Gent) and <Unknown>. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Robert, Mary, Elizabeth, Margaret and Ruth.  He died at the age of 52 on May 18th, 1753.  The funeral took place on May 21st, 1753.  He was buried on May 21st, 1753.1 1
