Andrew was born on January 20th, 1877.  Andrew's father was Charles (Fisherman) Bull and his mother was Martha Fisher.  His paternal grandparents were Mr Isaac born  Woolwich Kent Bull (Fisherman) and Martha Ann Dunsdon; his maternal grandparents were John William Fisher (bap All Saint St Dunstan Fisherman died at sea ?) and Martha Quash. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Charles, Isaac, Alfred, Isaac , John, Martha, Edith, Emily and Jessie.  He was the second youngest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 78 on February 23rd, 1955 at 23 St Margaret's Rd Barking Essex.  The funeral took place on March 1st, 1955 at the Rippleside Cemetery Barking and was arranged by Coopers 85 East St Barking.  He was buried on March 1st, 1955 at the Rippleside Cemetery Barking.1

Andrew and Ellen were married in a religious ceremony on December 4th, 1899 at St Margaret's  Church Barking witnessed by Henry & Susannah Clarke. They had five sons and five daughters, named Andrew, Frederick, Alfred, Charles, Albert, Ellen, May, Eva, Emily and Dorothy.
