Tzilya was born on October 17th, 1918 in Dvinsk. Tzilya's father was Hirsh Rivkin and her mother was Doba Sora Rivkin. Her paternal grandparents were Iosef(Iosel) Rivkin and Rachel Rivkin. She had two sisters named Sima and Lea. She was the second oldest of the three children. She died in the Holocaust at the age of 24 in 1942 in Dvinsk.
