Tzila was born on April 4th, 1908 in Riga. Tzila's father was Itzik Kremer and her mother was Feiga Kremer. Her maternal grandparents were Shmuel Lebedev and Reize Lea Lebedev. She had three brothers and a sister, named Abram, Lev, Syoma and Lena. She was the oldest of the five children. She died in the Holocaust at the age of 33 in 1941 in Riga.
