Abram was born on February 9th, 1913 in Riga. Abram's father was Itzik Kremer and his mother was Feiga Kremer. His maternal grandparents were Shmuel Lebedev and Reize Lea Lebedev. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Lev, Syoma, Tzila and Lena. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died in the Holocaust at the age of 29 in 1942 in Riga.
