Moisej(Misha) was born on July 23rd, 1909 in Liepaja. Moisej(Misha) is no longer alive.

- Moisej's father was Shloma Elinson (1880-1941) and his mother was Scheine Elinson (1885-1941).
  He had four brothers and sisters, named Hinde (b.1912) , Malke (b.1914) , Michle (b.1914) and Schima (b.1920).
