Elisha Rhodes
Elisha was born on December 11th, 1791 in
Frederick, MD.
He died at the age of 69 on March 6th, 1861.

- Obit of Elisha Rhodes sudden Death--Wednesday,the 6th. Mr. Elisha Rhodes ,While in his shop, suddenly fell dead. By this sudden and unexpected death , a large family and numerous friends are left in sadness. Mr. Rhodes was born in Maryland, Dec 11,1791. He moved to South Carolina in 1800 and resided until 1828 when he came to this County, where he lived until his sudden call home,making him a resident of Lauderdale over 30 years. He lived an upright and consistent member of the Methodist Church for 30 years.
