Robert Howatson

Robert was born in 1816. Robert's father was George Howatson and his mother was Jean Calvert. His paternal grandparents were Robert Howatson and Isabella Laidlaw. He had five brothers and three sisters, named John, David, George, James, Lewis, Janet, Isabella and Martha. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 49 in 1865 in Trailtrow, Cummertrees, Dumfriesshire.
