Martha Jane WADE

Martha Jane was born on May 28th, 1878. Martha Jane's father was James WADE and her mother was Nancy Jane QUEEN. Her paternal grandparents were Evan WADE and Mary Ellen BREWER; her maternal grandparents were Joseph QUEEN and Sarah CLEMENTS. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Alfred Peter, James M., Thomas D., Mary Ann, Sara Helen and Francis Elizabeth. She was the youngest of the seven children. She had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named William H., Julian Evan, Greene and Harriet.

(It appears that she married Michael Ryan on 28 October 1901 at St. Michael Church but no parents are given so cannot be sure it is this Martha.)
