    Marion Van Tornhout:  August Joseph TAELMAN was laid out at De Vos Chapel in Mishawaka, In.  Service was at St. Anthony Church in Mill Creek, In. at 10 A.M.  Burial was at Highland Cemetery South Bend, In. on 30 April 1973.  He died 26 April 1973 in Phoenix. Arizonia because he was probably visiting his son Julius who lived there.  (...) August Joseph TAELMAN who stated on his Marriage Application that he was born 21 Jan 1886 in Belgium, which we now know was in Bellem.  Wife Erma or Irma which ever way you want to use it was, born 18 Oct 1888 in Aalter, I have seen it spelled both ways. They married at Sacred Heart Church--South Bend, In. on 15 Sept 1908.  She died 3 Oct 1966.  August TAELMAN died on the 26 April 1973.

TAELMAN (qv.)
