Ann Mattingly, undoubtedly born 1818 in Washington Co., Ky., was the mother of Elizabeth Mattingly who married Athanatius Wathen,(Daviess Co. Marr. Rcd, Bk B, p. 330) son of my great grandparents, Nicholas Wathen and Sarah Masters Wathen. Atha would have been Harriett's nephew. I do not know her husband's name - Elizabeth and Atha moved to Loogootee, Martin Co., after 1880 and are both buried in St. John's Cemetery, Loogootee.
