Leandro was born on May 23rd, 1831.  Leandro's father was Jefferson GIBBENS and his mother was Hannah BUTCHER.  His paternal grandparents were John C. GIBBENS and Katherine HOROBAUGH.  He had four brothers and a sister, named Alvaro Franklin, Gordon Butcher, Adrian N., John Thomas and Leonora.  He was the oldest of the six children.  He died at just 6 days old on May 29th, 1831.
