Regina was born on July 28th, 1771.  Regina's father was Baudewijn DE DECKER and her mother was Maria-Anna VAN POUCKE.  Her paternal grandparents were Judocus DE DECKER and Joanna VERPLAETSE(N); her maternal grandparents were Petrus VAN POUCKE and Anna-Maria SCHAUTTEET.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 77 on February 15th, 1849.
