Rowena P. was born on June 23rd, 1883.  Rowena P.'s father was William Ezekiel BARNETT and her mother was Virginia HOWARD.  Her paternal grandparents were Irvine Yancy BARNETT and Mary Ann TROBAUGH.  She had five brothers and four sisters, named James Irvin, Thomas E., John, Henry Watterson, William Oscar, Mary Fanny, Lettie Lee, Ella and Virginia Pearl.  She was the seventh oldest of the ten children.  She died at the age of 3 on September 18th, 1886.
