Phoebe was born in 1832.  Phoebe's father was Thomas I BARNETT and her mother was Nancy WILLIAMS.  Her paternal grandparents were William BARNETT and FNU LNU.  She had two brothers and three sisters, named William, Thomas II, Sarah, Lucy and Henryetta.  She was the third oldest of the six children.
