Charles Edward was born on June 20th, 1823.  Charles Edward's father was Jacob BARNETT and his mother was Elizabeth LNU.  He had five brothers and two sisters, named Gideon, Zachariah, James, Lacy Franklin, William, Selina and Susan.  He was the seventh oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 69 on December 1st, 1892.
