  Aunt Anna has written on the back of this pic, "Aunt Lizzie Gordon going to America".  I ssume that is her marked with the cross which seems to be the same biro used by Aunt Anna on the reverse.
  Joanne McKay writes, "My great aunt Margaret (McKay) Sanderson returned from a trip to Ireland in 1911 and with her was a Elizabeth Gordon, age 20, father Jas (James?) Gordon of Derry.  She was going to stay with her cousin William Sanderson (my great uncle) at 208 east 35th St. NY.  She was 5'8" tall, fair complexion, brown hair, blue eyes.  Birthplace Lislea, Ireland."
