  This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas McKay of Lislea in
  the County of Londonderry, Farmer, made this 27th day of January
  One thousand nine hundred and forty-three hereby revoking all former Wills and all testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me. I appoint Frank  Bellingham of Vow, Ballymoney, County Antrim and Thomas Gordon of Lislea aforesaid both Farmers to be the Executors of this my will and I direct them at my decease to pay all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses.   I bequeath to my said Executors of Frank Bellingham and Thomas Gordon legacies of Ten pounds each.
  I bequeath to the select Vestry of Kilrea Parish Church the sum of
  ten pounds to be used by them for the benefit of said Church in such manner as the said Select Vestry may in their absolute discretion consider best the Receipt of the Treasurer for the time being of said Church to be a good discharge to my Executors.   I bequeath a legacy of fifty pounds to my Housekeeper Rose McGroggan.   All the real residue and remainder of my estate of every nature and kind both real and personal and wheresoever situate of which I may be possessed at my decease I leave devise and bequeath to my following nephews and nieces (children of my deceased brother William John McKay and sister Margaret Ann Saunderson respectively) namely, Thomas McKay, Charles
  McKay, Raymond McKay, John McKay, Mrs. Margaret Nothnagel  (nee McKay), Mrs. Mary Connell (nee McKay), William John Saunderson and Thomas Saunderson In equal shares and proportions absolutely and I direct that in the event of any of my before mentioned nephews or nieces predeceasing me leaving lawful issue that such Issue shall receive and take and if more than one then equally amongst them the share of my said residuary estate which his her or their deceased parent would have taken had he or she survived me and in case any of my said nephews or nieces shall predecease me without leaving lawful issue than I direct that the share of my said residuary estate hereinbefore
  bequeathed is such one so dying shall be equally divided amongst the survivors of my said nephews and nieces.  In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name the day and year aforesaid.            THOMAS McKAY

  I Thomas McKay do make and publish this as and for a Codicil to my
  my last Will and testament dated the 27th January 1943 whereas by my said will I bequeathed to my housekeeper Rose McGroggan the sum of Fifty pounds now in addition to the said legacy I bequeath to the said Rose McGroggan all my household furniture and effects in and about my dwelling house at the date of my death and all the stock on my farm in Lislea aforesaid.  In all other respects I confirm my said will Dated this Tenth day of September 1947.
