  Married in 1847.  This makes it unlikely that he is the son of James of Camus who was baptised in 1830, unless he was baptised as an infant of a few years, otherwise he would only be 17 at marriage.
  
  BB: This is the James Gray who married Elizabeth Jane Dickson.  His birth is alot earlier than I thought.

  BB: Two of the children of JG and EJD are in the Civil Birth Records on familysearch.org  That is how I found the family - I thought you had those two children on your Gray tree  but I don't see them.  These are the details:

  BB: In the 1861 Scottish Census James Gray says he was born in Wallacetown, Ireland!  Could that be close to Camus???  It is the same family.  I will try and figure out where Wallacetown is.
