SONOMA Clement Cunningham, 56, printer for theArgus - Courier in Petaluma, died of a heart attack Saturday night while he was dancing with his wife, Eleanor, at the Switzerland Dance Hall in Boyes Springs. A resuscitator unit tried to revive Mr. Cunningham but he I was dead on arrival at Sonoma Valley Hospital. Mr. Cunningham was a native of Ohio and had lived in the Los Angeles area for many years before he came to Santa Rosa three weeks ago. He was a member of the Moose Lodge of Inglewood and the Typographical Union of Los Angeles. In addition to his wife, he is survived by four children, John Cunningham of Manhattan Beach, Mrs. Rita Green of Santa Maria, Mrs. Nancy Gonzales of Torrance and Miss Betty Cunningham of Los Angeles; his mother, Mrs. Kathleen Cunningham of Plymouth, Mich.; three sisters, Mrs. Betty Resch of Plymouth, Mich., Mrs. Peggy Herrigan and Mrs. Jean Shafts, both of Cleveland, Ohio; and six grandchildren. Funeral services are pending at the Francis J. Mispagel Funeral Home, 3517 Hyde Park Blvd., Los Angeles, under the direction of Duggans Mission Chapel.

      Clement P. Cunningham, 56, taken suddenly ill while dancing with his wife, Mrs. Eleanor Cunningham at an El Verano restaurant Saturday night, died in the ambulance en route to Sonoma Valley Hospital. Mr. Cunningham and his wife came here from Los Angeles on Oct. 19 and the couple had been living in Santa Rosa. He had been an employee of the Argus-Courier since Nov. 5, and as a former member of the Typographical Union of Los Angeles had become a member of Petaluma Typographical Union No. 600. He was also a member of Moose Lodge No. 580 of Inglewood. Mr. Cunningham was the father of John Cunningham of Manhattan Beach, Rita Green of Santa Maria, Nancy Gonzales of Torrance and Miss Betty Cunningham of Los Angeles. He was the stepfather of Oakford Green. Also surviving him is his mother, Mrs. Catherine Cunningham, and three sisters, Mrs. Betty Resch of Michigan and Mrs. Peggy Herrigan and Mrs. Jean Shafts, both of Ohio. There are six grandchildren. Mr. Cunningham was a native of Ohio. Duggan Mission Chapel of Sonoma is in charge of shipping the remains to Mispagel Funeral Home, 3517 Hyde Park Blvd., Los Angeles, where interment will follow.
