William was born on December 3rd, 1903 in Govan.²   He died due to a medical problem at the age of 45 on March 25th, 1949 in Govan.  He was buried in Renfrew.^3 4 5

  • Born at 12 Howat St, Govan.
    Died in David Elder Infirmary, Glasgow, aged 45, so born between  26-Mar-1903 and 25-Mar-1904. Cause Duodenal ulcer, illness lasting 10 years. Operation under Gas, oxygen, Ether. Heart Failure.
    Buried in Arkleston Cemetary, Paisley
    
    Didn't believe in insurance, but Annie took out life insurance on him (via her sister in Prudential Assurance) without telling him. The payout was about £100.
    

 Annie Robertson
Annie was born on July 6th, 1906 in Renfrew and her 'no religious ceremony'.⁶   She died in an accident or as a result of an injury, fell down the stairs and broke her arm around 9 weeks before death, at the age of 85 on April 3rd, 1992 in Paisley.  The funeral took place on April 7th, 1992 in Paisley and was arranged by Walter Johnston & Sons, Funeral Directors.  She was cremated on April 7th, 1992 in Paisley.⁷
