Stephen's father was William James Watts and his mother was Isabella Dickson. He had a brother and two sisters, named James, Ina and Jean.  He was the youngest of the four children.  He was adopted by William Mosman & Mary Donald at eight years old in 1918 who also adopted Ina and Jean.³   He died at the age of 85 on March 13th, 1996 in Surrey.¹
