Marion (Minnie) Wilkie Towers

Marion, known as Minnie, was born in 1882 in Paisley.^1 2

Minnie's father was John Towers and her mother was Agnes Thomson.  Her paternal grandparents were William Tours and Margaret Colquhoun. She had four brothers and three sisters, named William, Andrew, John, Walter, Agnes, Maggie and Elizabeth.  She was the fourth oldest of the eight children.  She died in an accident or as a result of an injury, fire in old age home, at the age of 80 on April 5th, 1962 in Toronto.  The funeral took place on April 6th, 1962 in Toronto.  She was buried on April 7th, 1962 in Toronto.^3 4
