Janet Thomson

Janet was born on September 6th, 1858 in Dalmeny.¹

    Inherited nothing from the Thomson family - her half-sister Mary inherited it all.

Janet's father was Robert Pollock and her mother was Janet Catherine Thomson.  Her maternal grandparents were James Thomson and Mary Bruce. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named John and Mary.  She died due to heart disease, Fatty disease of heart and bronchitis, at the age of 45 on May 19th, 1904 in Newbattle.²
