Hugh Drummond

Hugh was born on November 8th, 1879 in Glasgow.¹²

Hugh's father was Hugh Drummond and his mother was Margaret Sutherland. His paternal grandparents were William Drummond and Christian Campbell. He had five brothers and two sisters, named William, James, Alexander, Albert, John, Jane and Margaret. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died as a war casualty at the age of 38 on April 11th, 1918 in France. He was buried in Belgium.³⁴⁴
