Annie Bowman 
Annie was born in 1854 in Kilmarnock.1 Annie's father was Dalrymple Bowman and her mother was Jane Taylor. Her maternal grandparents were Andrew Taylor and Ann Scoffield. She had nine brothers and three sisters, named William, Andrew, Robert, George, Helen, David, Hugh, Dalrymple, Joseph, Janet, Anne and Elizabeth. She was the sixth oldest of the thirteen children.-

From 1881 Annie's occupation was mill worker in manufacturing.1
