John Hamilton Barr

John's father was Daniel Robertson Barr and his mother was Isabella Erskine Hamilton. His maternal grandparents were John Hamilton and Janet Fraser. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Daniel, William, Mary and Margaret. He was the youngest of the five children. He died as a war casualty at the age of 23 on April 9th, 1917 in France. He was buried in France.²²
