Margaret was born on November 1st, 1794 in Lochgilphead, Argylshire, Scotland.  Margaret's father was Robert McKELLAR and her mother was Catharine. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Archibald, Duncan, John, Hugh, Donald, Mary, Mary, Annie and Flory.  She died at the age of 56 in 1850 in Lobo, Middlesex Cty, ON Canada.  Her burial was in 1850 in Poplar Hill Cemetery.
