Reverend Thomas Western HEYLAND

Thomas was born on December 27th, 1857 in Wilkesport, Sombra Township, Ontario, Canada.¹ Thomas' father was John H. HIGHLAND and his mother was Letitia KENNY. His paternal grandparents were Richard HIGHLAND and Mary McGEE. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Robert, John, Richard, Sarah and Mary Jane. He was the fifth oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 73 on September 22nd, 1931 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. His burial was on September 23rd, 1931 in Oak Woods Cemetery.¹²
