William Hill FORREST

William was born in 1855 in Whitby, Yorkshire, England.¹

- 1861 census Whitby gives age as 6

William's father was Francis Davidson FORREST and his mother was Ann HILL. His paternal grandparents were David FORREST and Elizabeth MILLER; his maternal grandparents were William HILL and Jane KIRBY. He had six sisters named Jane, Rachel, Mary, Rebecca, Kate and Emily. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 40 on February 4th, 1895 in Fylingdales, Yorkshire UK.
