Ann was born on November 1st, 1808 in Whitby, North Yorkshire, England and her baptism took place on November 1st, 1808.1   Ann's father was Peter FORREST and her mother was Jane PEACOCK. She had four brothers and six sisters, named Robert, Peter, John, Thomas, Elizabeth, Jane, Mary, Martha, Grace and Martha.  She was the eighth oldest of the eleven children.  She died as an infant at 10 months old on September 19th, 1809 in Whitby, North Yorkshire, England.1
