Ann (Annie) DICK

Ann, known as Annie, was born in 1891 in Thornaby, Eng.. Annie's father was James DICK and her mother was Margerite Annie OATES. Her paternal grandparents were James DICK and Ann; her maternal grandparents were John OATES and Ann. She had three brothers and three sisters, named James, Arthur, Jack, Phyllis, Maude and Bessie. She was the third oldest of the seven children.

General Notes
- Married an Irish carpenter/joiner. Lived in a Council house near to the swimmingbaths centre (Lanehouse Rd meets Thornaby Rd area.Google Maps) Kelly and she had three boys and a girl. The girl married a Welshman......no more known. One of the boys, Reginald, was a Captain in a black-african regiment in wartime army. Postwar he was recruited by Schweppes Company to be an executive trainee.
