Elizabeth Jane Welch (Cherokee)

Elizabeth Jane was born about 1811. Elizabeth Jane's father was David Welch and her mother was Elizabeth Mc Swain (mixed). Her maternal grandparents were Alexander MC TRADER Swain and Nancy Nannie Downing (Ani'-Wa'ya = Wolf Clan). She had a brother and a sister, named George Washington and Sidney. She was the second oldest of the three children. She died in 1862.
