    Contents:
    Of Crowle, yeoman.
    Messuage in south end of Crowle in which he lives to wife Ann for life then to John Collinson of Crowle son of William Collinson of Keadby deceased and his heirs and for default to nephew Thomas son of Thomas Harsley of Belton, yeoman.
    Cottage at north end of Crowle to wife for life and after to Thomas Harsley nephew also the new close similarly to wife then to T. Harsley and if the close is ploughed up a penalty to be paid to the vicar and overseers of the poor of Crowle pieces of land in open arable and fields of Amcotts of 8a. to Thomas Harsley chargeable with 6s. 8d. a year for poor of Amcotts 2½ oxgangs in open arable fields of Kirton to Thomas Harsley subject to payment of £20 to cousin Margaret Johnson of Stockwith and £40 divided equally between son and daughter of cousin Ann Hodgson of Haxey.
    Tenements at Scotter and 3½ oxgangs of arable in open fields to Thomas Harsley charged with payment of £200 to sister Margaret when 21.
    5a. 2r. of arable in open fields of Crowle to Thomas Harsley. Horse croft close in Crowle to John Collinson of Crowle and in default of heirs to Thomas Harsley House at Scawthorpe in Scotter and 2½ oxgangs in open fields of Scawthorpe to Timothy son of Timothy Collinson late of Haxey deceased, in default of heirs to Thomas Harsley.
    He remits a mortgage debt of £100 to Thomas Collinson of Luddington his cousin.
