    I am trying to find family ties to Marshall, Haight, Griffin all from the New York State area, some of whom left and went to Canada. I believe they were either Loyalists or Quakers. My greatgrandmother was Martha Griffin who married,Charles Meyers. Her daughter Charlotte Louise Meyers married Albert Dewar Marshall, he was born in Prince Edward Island, Canada but raised by supposedly two maiden Aunts some where in New England. I know this sounds like I am searching for a needle in a haystack and feels like it too but I figure you never know where a path might lead you. I saw your posting listing these or some of these family names and thought I should give it a try. Nothing ventured, nothing gained they say. So if anyone out there in cyberspace might have a hint of a connection please contact me. Thank you.
