    General Notes: John Gibbs arrived Jamestown, Virginia aboard "The Supply" in 1619. He was commissioned "Lieutenant" at Jordan's Journey in 1635 and was one of the gentlemen justices for Charles City County, Virginia in 1655. He was listed in "Names of the Living in Virginia February 16 1623".
