Chief Richard Fields (3/64 Chalakatha Cherokee Metis)

Richard was born in 1767 in TN. Richard's father was Richard Texas Dick Fields Sr and his mother was Susannah Emory. His maternal grandparents were Robert Emory and Susannah Catherine Grant. He had five brothers and a sister, named George, Turtle, John, Thomas, Lucy Augusta and Susannah. He had two half-brothers named Oo-no-du-tu Bushyhead and Bushyhead Oo-no-du-tu Stuart Stewart. He died by execution at the age of 60 in 1827 in Nacodoches, Nacodoches County, Texas.
