Henry Skipwith Carter

Henry Skipwith was born on June 7th, 1676 in Lancaster Co, VA. Henry Skipwith's father was Capt Thomas Carter Sr and his mother was Katherine Dale. His paternal grandparents are Maj. Thomas Carter (Ancient Planter) and poss Miles; his maternal grandparents were Maj. Edward Dale and Lady Diana Skipwith. He had three brothers named Edward, Thomas and John. He is the youngest of the four children.
