Jacob Buffington

Jacob was born about 1750. Jacob's father was John Buffington and his mother was Elizabeth Way. His paternal grandparents were Richard Buffington Jr and Phebe Grubb. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Robert, Richard, John, Caleb, Samuel, Joshua, Mary, Elizabeth and Phoebe. He was the sixth oldest of the ten children.
